Language Requirements
To ensure academic success, all applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency by meeting one of the accepted test score requirements, completing an approved English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program, or providing proof of prior education in English.
Please note that English language proficiency requirements are subject to change at the discretion of Avila University Arizona. The university also reserves the right to request additional evidence of English proficiency, even if an applicant qualifies for an exemption. Accepted Test Scores
*Applicants with an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent may be granted admission. Students in this status will be enrolled in an additional English course to enhance their language proficiency while pursuing their studies.
English for Academic Purposes Pathways
Applicants may meet the English language requirement by successfully completing one of the recognized English for Academic Purposes (EAP) programs instead of submitting an English test score.

Exemptions
Applicants may be exempt from submitting an additional proof of English proficiency if they have completed a full-time academic study at an institution where the official Medium of Instruction (MOI) is English.
